New Congress Party (NCP) supremo Advocate Vivek Hans Garcha today appointed Jyoti Manchanda, who recently left the Congress and joined the New Congress Party, as in-charge of Chandigarh Ward No. 3 with immediate effect. Jyoti Manchanda said that the executive committees of Bapudham Phase 1-2-3, Police Line and EWS Colony coming in Ward No. 3 will be formed soon. Jyoti Manchanda said that in order to speed up the activities of the party and to seek blessings from Mata Rani for the happiness, peace, prosperity and happiness of the city dwellers, New Congress Party will organize Mata Ki Chowki on March 29, the Astami day. He said that he will serve the people of the ward and will pay special attention towards making the ward crime free.
